Browse our collection, click on an artwork you love, and hit 'Add to Cart'. Proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and complete the payment. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets through our secure payment gateway powered by Cashfree.
How long does shipping take?
Most artworks are shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location within India. You'll receive tracking details via email once your order ships.
Can I return or exchange an artwork?
We offer a return policy if the artwork arrives damaged or differs significantly from its listing. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and unboxing videos for a hassle-free return.
How do I become a seller on ArtVeda?
Click 'Join Free' and register as an artist. Once your profile is approved, you can start listing your original artworks through the Artist Dashboard.
Is every artwork original?
Yes. Every artwork listed on ArtVeda is an original piece created by the artist. We verify each seller and artwork before it goes live on the platform.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your orders from your Dashboard under 'My Orders'.
