Return Policy
At ArtVeda, we strive to ensure that every artwork reaches you in perfect condition. Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- The artwork arrives damaged during transit, or
- The received artwork differs significantly from the original listing description or images.
Return Process
To request a return, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Clear photos of the artwork and packaging
- An unboxing video as proof of the issue
Once verified by our team, we will assist you with a smooth and hassle-free return process.
Important Notes
- Returns will not be accepted for reasons other than the conditions mentioned above.
- After verification, return shipping costs will be covered by ArtVeda if the return is due to artist error or damage.
- If the return is verified, a full refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned artwork.
- Artwork must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as received (excluding damage caused during transit).
For Artists
Artists are responsible for:
- Packaging artwork securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Ensuring the artwork matches the listing description, dimensions, and images.
- Recording a packing video as proof that the artwork has been packaged properly and without any damage before dispatch.
If an artwork is returned due to artist error (incorrect item, mismatched description, improper packaging resulting in damage), the artist will bear the return shipping costs and a return fee as per platform policy.
